Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Quick search to find the name of the beer. Beer in the glass with a huge head. Fine yeasty-malty aroma. Starts malty, more and more yeasty, not too dry. Grainy notes, some herbs. Mild bitterness, light sourish touch as well. Finish more balanced. Quite interesting!

0,33 l bottle bought a few weeks ago at the brewery. BB 11.12.2027. Cloudy dark amber in the glass, small one finger white head. Weird aroma, a mix of wheat yeast, clove and koriander with grass silage. Taste is definitive more on the Weizenbock side. Dry yeast, wheatmalt, fruity alcoholic with some sharpness. Little bit burnt plastic. Below average carbonated. Not bad.

0,33 l bottle purchased at the source. BB 08/27. Cloudy mid golden in the glass, small one finger white head. Cereales and caramel aroma with some sweetness. Taste starts pale grainy, little bit fruity, some coriander, present soft bitterness with a long lasting aftertaste. Not bad.

0,33 l bottle purchased at the brewery. BB 04/2028. A darkest red brown in the glass, small one finger pale beige head. Looks good. Present bacon and dark malt on the nose, some licorice. Tastes the same, additionell fruity sweetness, maybe due to the high and warming abv. No real carbonation. Little bit boozy to the end. Not bad.

0,33 l bottle purchased at the source. BB 12/2027. A darkest redbrown, nearly black in the glass, but not as thick textured as expected. Smooth milk choco and some malt on the nose. Also some licorice. Taste is roasted malty, coffie, dry bitterness. Some nuts in the second row. Low carbonated. Missing the creamy stout feeling.

0,33 l bottle purchased at the source. BB 22.10.2026. Cloudy golden in the glass with a more than one finger steady white foamy head. Looks good. Intensive sweet pale fruity with pale grain and hay on the nose.Taste is increasing grainy with soft present bitterness and also sweet pale fruity. Mid carbonated. Light stuff.

Wat troebel diepgouden kleur en een forse witte kraag met lange retentie. Geur van verse hop, hars, licht fruit en graan. Retronasaal is dat ook ongeveer zo. Smaak is licht hopbitter, ietsje granig. Lichte body. Iets teveel koolzuur. Bitterheid neemt toe in de afdronk, maar wordt niet te. Plezierig om te drinken, beter dan verwacht.

Flesje bij de brouwerij gekocht. Kleur is amber, vrij helder (het depot maar in de fles gelaten). Schuim is gebroken wit, maar er is niet veel van, en er blijft ook weinig van over. Geur is inderdaad hoppig, harsig, maar ook wat boterig. Retronasaal is het in eersteinstantie nog vrij astringent harsig met daarnaast wat zoet en fruit, maar het wordt snel veel milder. Smaak is zoetig met een weinig bitterheid. Lichte tot medium body. Afdronk is een tikje droog, maar nauwelijks bitter. Ik heb betere IPA's gehad (understatement).

Lichtjes troebele geelgouden kleur, fijn witte kraag met goede wandplak. Geur is zoetig, granig. Retronasaal zoetig, iets fruitig en kruidig. Smaak is zoetig, iets kruidig en lichtjes bitter. Medium body. Bitterige afdronk. Redelijk stijlvast.
