On tap at the newer White Rock location. Zero of their own beers on tap (July). Clear, pale gold, light froth. Cool, rounded lo-ball glass. Cherry-apple-hibiscus fruit punch sort of nose. Taste is dessert apple with a little cherry & something more floral & bittersweet. Weak but lingering pith, creamy, slightly medicinal, strong for the abv. Not super sweet & kinda okay.

On tap at Trinity Cider, pours a clear pale golden. Aroma is extremely hot, with nothing but ghost pepper. Flavour is totally insane by itself, with intense ghost pepper spiciness. Undrinkable by itself. Just spice and pepper.

On tap at Trinity, pours a clear peachy pink, almost no head. Aroma brings out gentle watermelon upfront, with light sweetness. Flavour has plenty of watermelon and a dry apple skin character. Simple and at least it's dry. It's just not much to write about.

On tap at Trinity, pours a clear blonde, almost no head. Aroma brings out plenty of mango, apple skins, and gentle sugar. Flavour is bizarre, with light mango, spicy vegetal character and gentle apple. A bit bizarre and awkward. Not great.

On tap at Trinity, pours a clear dull ros colour with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out plenty of roasted coffee bean, a touch of apple skins, and maybe a slighter touch of cherry drop. Flavour is gently sweet, with a weird mix of cherry and earthy coffee. Can't say this works exactly harmoniously, but it's fun at least. Fiulijn would abhor this.

Hot version. On tap at Trinity, pours a clear golden bronze, no head. Aroma is full of cinnamon, apple pie, caramel, and brown sugar. Flavour is spicy and dry, with tons of dry cinnamon, apple skins, and caramel. Dry and spicy. Fun stuff but it's not all that great.

On tap at Trinity, pours a clear pale golden blonde, no head. Nose brings out a nice dry apple skin character with almost a touch of farmhouse character. Flavour is dry and clean, with a nice crisp apple skin character and, again, a tiny hint of funk. Simple but well-made.

At the source. Only served in short pours. Clear, habanero orange, bubbling. Complex, fruity, melon, apple peel/apple vinegar/habanero/chili oil. 11/10 Oily chili oil, fruity edge, Jamaican hot sauce. Legit.

Can sample @the source. Clear, unsettling-y peachy, bubbling. Seriously grainy nose. Grainy, oily, bright apple, acidic. Clean peanutbutter hits halfway in, subtly, then washes away. Sparkly sweet-tart on the end, barely remembering the peanut. No.

Part of my never-ending flight @Trinity. Slightly hazy, pale cherry cordial-colored brew. Upfront fruity nose, weak, earthy roast. Soft but apparent semi-sweet cherry, skin, lemon, then acidic & fruit forward coffee abruptly steps in. Way better as it warms. Okay.
