16 oz. draft at Archies. Pours a clear gold color with a white head and good retention. Decent retention. Clean and smooth and crisp. Lightly sweet. More like a pale lager than a pilsner. Not sharp or bitter. Pretty mellow. Medium body and medium carbonation. Good. Thirst quenching.

Its not bad, admittedly I'm just not nearly as into stouts as I used to be, but I was relieved to find this milk stout at most semi-sweet, with modest chocolate and dark malt flavors, maybe a wee hint of coffee, and overall NOT full of candy/pastry flavors. So it held on as a more traditional stout, tasted like malt (and a little hop but not much), and came across reasonably balanced. I drank the whole thing without any sense that it was too much, too big, too sweet or too stupid. I drank it without a care in the world, and that's fine in my book.

12 oz. can from The Bat Cave. Pours a clear dark amber color with a khaki head and very good retention. Spotty lacing. Mostly caramel malt aroma. Good toasted caramel malt flavor with some hops in the finish to keep it from being too sweet. Nicely balanced. Medium body and medium carbonation. Medium-light bitterness. An above average amber ale.

Nice! Not breaking any barriers here but this is a real cream ale, directly comparable to Genny Cream and other classics. Pale gold, light graininess, mild hopping is vaguely grassy. Balanced profile. Nice.

Draft sampler at the 2022 Rocky Water Brew Fest. Pours a hazy amber color with a beige head and scattered lacing. Something tastes off with this beer. Not right.

Draft sampler at the 2022 Rocky Water Brew Fest. Pours a very cloudy, opaque, dirty peach color with a bright white head. Super sour taste. So sour you can't taste any flavors. Drain pour.

Draft sampler at the 2022 Rocky Water Brew Fest. Pours a cloudy gold color with a large off-white head. As the name implies, this is a nice wheat ale with light tangerine flavor. Very mellow and easy drinking and easily repeatable.

Draft sampler at the 2022 Rocky Water Brew Fest. Pours a crystal clear pale yellow color with a bright white head. A fairly basic pilsner malt profile. Not too hoppy or dry, but it does have a light soapy finish. Overall, I like it until the finish hits.

Draft sampler at the 2021 Rocky Water Brew Fest. Pours a pitch black color with almost no head. Definite coffee aroma. The coffee flavor isn't quite as strong as the aroma, but the flavor is still coffee-dominant. At least the 9.0% ABV is well hidden.
