ABV: 3.8%. ✅ Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, roasted, caramel, dark malt, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, toffee, dark malt, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask at Pigs Ear 2019 - Hackney. Pours lightly hazy golden-brown with a bubbly, off-white head. Not great, some notes of plastic, brown bread, earth. Light bodied with fine carbonation. A little harsh in the finish, some further off plastic notes, toasted malts. Not great.
