30/11/2024. Bottle shared at Ulfborg tasting. Pours very dark brown with a small frothy off-white to beige head. Aroma is ashy, roasted malt, dried fruits, berries. Taste has a sharp tartness. Looked good but not great otherwise.

Bottle @Ulfborg. Very dark red brown, beige head. Roasted aroma, sweet milk (!) in the aroma. Sourish, roasted flavour, thin. Not good.

Bottle at the Hanoi taproom. Poured a slightly hazy purple colour with little life. The aroma is blackberry, light floral. The flavour is moderate to light sweet, with a crisp, light, somewhat watery, floral, crushed apple palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Draft at the Hanoi taproom. Poured a crystal clear dark golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt and floral hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, yeasty, floral, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
