Bottle, about 2 years old. Cloudy gold-orange with a fine, thick head. Standard fresh tripel aroma, nice hops, peppery, with cracker-like malts, citrus, alcohol, peaches, pears. Flavor of burnt sugar, gine, alcoholic zing, huge alcohol at first, plus citrus zest, apricots. Highly attenuated, with a dry finish. A very interesting tripel, with a bit too much alcohol.

Green bottle. A dense off-white head forms over this garnet-tinged dark brown brew. Sweet candy malt aroma. The flavor starts sweet but never really builds up enough momentum to go any further. Some dryness towards the finish. Thin, empty.

Bottle, probably from Pizza Port Bottle Shop. Pours amber with a 2 finger foamy off-white head. Aroma is quite floral. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is very floral, and it covers mild roast caramel. There is enough non-floral hop to render a mildly harsh bitter, but it’s largely floral. Finishes bitter. There’s a lot of malt here, but the hop handles it well. I really like it.

Bottled. A slightly hazy golden beer with a huge lazing white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, lemonpeal, and a bit of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemonpeal, coriander, yeast, fruit, minerals, and malt, leading to a bitter finish where the lemony note ligners.

Bottled. A light golden cider. The aroma has notes of apples and pears as well as hints of wood. The Flavor is sweet with notes of white wine, pears, and apples, as well as light notes of wood - very interesting and a good alternative to white wine.
