Cask at the Sair Inn, Linthwaite on 19th February 2011. Gold with a white head. Basic Yorkshire bitter. Easy drinking, bitter finish. Briefly citric in-mouth with an attractive toch of smoke. Smooth mouthfeel and very quenching.

Cask at the Sair Inn, Linthwaite on 19th February 2011. Slightly hazy gold with white foam. Citric lemon and lime initially and in-mouth; mildly bitter and citric finish.

Cask at the Sair Inn, Linthwaite on 19th February 2011. Pale yellow with a white foamhead. Yeasty, citric aroma. Lemon citrus and a touch of spice and ginger in-mouth, and a satisfying fruity citric finish.

Cask at the Sair Inn, Linthwaite on 19th February 2011. Pale gold with a white head of fine foam. Bitter with a slight metallic note, some citric lemon in the main taste and finish which becomes increasingly bitter. Dry mouthfeel.

Cask at the Sair Inn, Linthwaite, England on 19th February 2011. Amber with yellow-tinged foam head and sporadic lacing. Malty aroma; biscuit malt and some bitterness balance the main taste. Bittersweet finish and a thick, engaging texture. Very satisfying pint.
