Bottle from a big supermarket, probably E. Leclerc. Pours bright darker orange with some white bubbles. Sweet apple juice, bitter dry tannins, some rubberband. Disgustingly sweet and then very dry with only sugary sweet apple fruitiness and rubberband aroma’s lingering on. Medium body and low carbonation. Bottle shared back home in the cidershack at Domaine Pouldroit, Piriac-sur-Mer. Golden applejuice with bubbles. Somewhat dry and some hay. Moderate sweet and bitter, light tart edges. Bottle with turnscrew. Eeeewwww. Pours golden with no head. Sweet and sour applejuices, some cool pear, some horsey funk, lemon rind. Way less balanced than some of the renowned brands. Still good enough for me. Some pretty rough tannins make the finish dry. Quite sweet, light sour and moderate bitter. RBESG 19. Bottle. Dark golden body. Leathery apples aroma, sweet leathery apple taste. Not particularly complex but well made and tasty.

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is red apples, vanilla, tannic. Taste is red apples, vanilla, tannic, on the sweet side, but still chalky in the back. Mineraly, almost chalky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Quite nice, but a bit too sweet in the middle.

Bottle shared at RBESG ‘19 Grand Tasting at Raven, thanks to Maarkun! Clear golden with no head. Aroma is fairly funky, red apples, woody notes and apple core. Flavour is moderate sweet. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

09.07.2019 -- 0.5l can from leclerc in strasbourg letoile, bb 07.07.2020. pours a slightly hazy deep golden with a big frothy head. aroma of yeast, coriander, candy. flavour of soap, coriander. nothing exciting, but not too bad actually.

Bottle shared at home. Clear dark golden with no head or much bubbles. Dry dusty apple, bread, earthy, dry apple peel, soft mineral, light alcohol. Under medium sweet, light tart and bitter. Just medium bodied, almost medium dry. A bit bland, not much fruit but also no farmhouse notes. Nice that it’s a little tart though.
