16 oz can from Bakes, 7/16/24. Pours a very dark brown color with a creamy / foamy brown head, that leaves mild lace on the glass. Milk chocolate, sweetened coffee, vanilla, and a little caramel / brown sugar. Rich, rather sweet, and malty. Lots of flavor. Creamy and smooth. Full bodied. Alcohol is incredibly well hidden. This one is damn good, only flaw is a slight gasoline thing on the nose, but it's minor. Really enjoyed this beer overall. 8/4/9/5/18

16 oz side pull. Served in a mug. Aroma is light dried fruit and soft Saaz hops. Taste is honey, pils malt, moving to smooth Saaz hops. Finish is light Saaz or some type of bitter hop

4 oz draft. Aroma is bold citrus with a mild white grape. Flavors just awesome. Grapefruit, lemon with a splash of white grape in the finish. Alcohol is VERY well hidden.

4 oz. Draft. Aroma is white grape and cooking herb. Flavor follows. The Nelson is balanced out by the other hops. Different combinations of hops.

Draft at the brewery. Nose is mostly bread-like malt. Texture of this brew is smooth with the malt being the main character. Crackers, honey, and a soft noble hop bitterness. Very well done for a American brewer!

Draft at Bakes, 6/28/24. Dark brown, minimal head. Roasty and sweet. Coffee with sugar. Well made overall, but a little sweeter then my personal preference. Pretty good overall. 8/4/7/3/16

Lukr at Bakes, 6/28/24. Bright gold. Clear. White head. Grassy, cantaloupe, lime, pine, and a little spice. Super bright and crisp. Nicely dry. Really good. 9/4/9/5/18

16 oz cans from the brewery, 6/28/24 - 7/8/24. Hazy yellowish color, white head, strong / coating lace. Pine, melon, grapefruit, pineapple. Orange and lemon notes too. On the juicy side. A little sweet, with a decent amount of bitterness as well. I have had a few cans of this since I started this rating in my notes , and my score has gone up each time. It's a damn good beer. 8/4/9/4/18

Draft at Bakes, 6/28/24. Fully hazy darker yellowish color, white head, heavy lace. Lots of grapefruit, peach and pineapple notes. Fairly dry close.
