4 oz draft at the source. Aroma is soft, roasted grain and mild maple. In the flavor, the maple is not obnoxious and never becomes too sweet. Balanced by a very light bitterness. An amazing amount of flavor for such a low ABV.

4 oz draft at the brewery. Soft malt and yeast aroma. Flavor has a spiced and mildly fruity-ester character. Maybe a trace of bubblegum. The Belgian yeast is displayed nicely. Crisp texture and ends clean. Spot on the style.

4 oz draft at the brewery. Aroma is soft rye grain. A spicy rye is an easy balancing character throughout the beer. Very soft herb bitterness from hops. Crisp texture. Very well balanced. Good stuff.

4 oz draft at the brewery…Malt character is mildly toasted Munich malt, giving notes of toffee or caramel. Hints of raisins and apple. Hint of spice in the finish. Well made!!
