Pretty basic stuff but fine overall. Subtle roast, some earth, nips of dried berries, a little black coffee. Decent balance.

4 oz. pour at Bright Side Brewing. Pale yellow with light sparkle, quickly fading foamy head w/soapy lacing. Aroma is biscuit. Taste is wheat, mild fruit. Smooth texture, soft carbonation & finish as taste. Not much to it & malty but smooth/pleasant.

Can (no can date but can says 2023 Hoptimyst Brewing) pour from trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! Hazy yellow (fine particulate mist) with light sparkle, thin head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong candied orange and lemon. Taste follows aroma with late bitterness. Smooth, frothy texture, lively carbonation and dry finish as taste with lingering bitterness. Decent strength aroma and taste. Slightly stinging carbonation, overly bitter finish. OK.

Pours ruby tinged gold into a tulip. White head quickly recedes to mottle surface. Strawberry and fresh jalapeno aromas. Medium bodied with warm fresh jalapeno upfront turning to strawberry seeds in the continued warm, medium length finish. Different and interesting which adds a couple of points.

16 oz can. Consumed only slightly chilled. Aroma is grapefruit and orange. Flavor follows with a decent amount of citrus peel for bitterness. Mildly juicy texture with a light malt backbone. Nicely balanced.

Sample at the source. Dark yellow color bordering on gold with a thin bubbly white head that persists. Rich honey maltiness with a hint of lemon and earthy hops. Earthy Belgian yeast and light funk. Really nice Belgian style beer.

On tap at the source. Lightly hazy dark amber color with a decent sized off white head that persists. Rich caramel and toffee notes with just a hint too much bitter butterscotch.

Sample at the source. Hazy lemon yellow with a small off white head that dissipates. Earthy grassy pine and light citrus with hints of tropical fruit. Bready malt to counter. Moderate astringency, not bad.
