Look is that of lemonade. Neutral nose. Thin white head. First big swig is big and bitter, but its not a hoppy bitterness. Its more like a phenolic astringent bitter off flavor. Difficult in the middle. Mind you, I don't care for IPA and this is just a tick for me so take this rating with a grain of salt. Needs more co2, a little mouthcoating. Yes, this is not really yer typical IPA, its just loaded with lots of that astringent phenolic sharp piercing bite.

Off pale with a brownish tint. Mild apple nose, smells like apple cider. First taste is also like many ciders I've had, but it seems to be boosted with some hops. Yes, some tartness in the background makes this unexpectedly better. Towards the end some bitterness starts to set in. I think I'm getting a little buzz off this one, hides the alky content well.

Dark brown with a malty nose. Taste is unique mild tartness on wood. Lacks the malty effects I see in other red ales.

Clear light pale. Thin white head. Odd faint pepper nose. First swig is somewhat phenolic and astringent. That bite continues to rise up in the middle. Needs some manners. Decent co2. Hard to find the true old country feel of a saison in this farmhouse ale.

Clear light pale, almost lemon colored with a thin head. Nose of fresh cut hay. First taste is your typical sharp bitter domestic pilz followed up with a does of freshly cut hay. Decent co2. Sharp pils bite tends to fade in the middle. Medium long bitter finish.

On tap at the source. Darker brown with a thin head. Slight nose of spices. First taste is some pumkin spice but its not in yer face. Well balanced spices in this. Not bad. Maybe could use a little less spice and a tad more pumpkin.
