Bottle @ Autumn Tasting, Ulfborg 2011. Pours cloudy amber with a small creamy head and lacings. Nose is yeast, toffee and grain. Vegetables and dust in the flavor. Medium bodied.

Bottle. Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Dark red-amber colour. Heavy malty and light hoppy aroma. Whiskey and oak slightly present. Heavy bitter flavor. Smoke and coffee notes. Some whisky present but not Islay style. Long moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice but lacks licorice and chocolate.

Bottle 500ml.[ Trade by Papsoe ]. Unclear medium to dark amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sour fruit - malt, soured milk. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, soapy hops, fruity, sour, fruity tart, sour milk, spicy. IMO off !!! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110907]

Bottled. A deep red beer with a brown head. The aroma has primary notes of malt, but also lighter notes of burnt plastic, caramel, and hay. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of roasted malt and caramel, combined with a light burnt edge, leading to a dry finish. Flawed.
