Backlog September 2012. Deep amber body, almost black under a nice beige head. Aroma of dark malt, chocolate and some peat. Taste is dark, roasted malt, peat, fruity and balanced bitterness. Medium body with a fine aftertaste.

[ As Frederiksodde Vandtårnet ].Light unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, moderate to heavy yeasty, dusty, belgium yeast. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet yeast, belgium yeast, dusty yeast - malt, sugary. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20150724]

Bottled@PBF X. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is floral, grassy and some mild sweet malts and a slight bit of yeast too. Flavour is fruity, floral, some spicy and alcoholic notes along with some earth and mild yeastiness.

Bottle at PBFX. Slightly hazy yellow, small white head. Fruity mango, light alcohol in the aroma. Medium-bodied. Overriped banana, mango, sweetish flavor. Quite Belgian.

Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival. Clear golden, small head. Fruity nose with marzipan and cantaloupe. Medium-full bodied with well rounded mouthfeel. Mid sweet with elderflowers, marzipan and citrus. Harmonious.

Bottle. Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Vanila and chocolate dominating. Long great heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. Huge drinkability. Hence the ekstra overall point. A go back to beer.
