Deep ruby color, small steady beige head. Slightly sour, woody, berryish and caramelly aroma. When warms up, also barnyardish notes. Medium-bodied. Woody, caramelly, nutty, reasonably hoppy Danish brown ale. No sourness in the flavor.

Bottled (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour mediumsized small beige head as well. Aroma is sweet malts, mild berries, some sprucelike notes as well as mild sour wood. Flavour is liquorice, sweet malts, some yeastyness, mild spices and some quite bittery notes.

brown, smooth light brown head. woody notes, whiskey, delicate, slighlty smoked. flavor is dark faint fruity , red wine , wood, nice coposition around a red wine sort of flavor.

50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown to black to brown with a small tan head. Aroma is tarish and roasted malty. Sweet. Dark roasted, tarish and smoked malt. Bitter and dark roasted malty. Dark malty into the finish finish a mild acidic to bitter note. Ends dry and dark malty.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy dark reddish brown with a beige head. Hard roast malt in the nose with only a discreet whiff of the barrel. Medium body, hard roast malts, some sweet licorice. Subdued bitterness. Pleasant. 130211

cloudy brown smooth light brown head. faint caramelly and malty aroma. flavor is caramelly, malty, faint spicy, good composition. tastes great, although not that belgian.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a dark amber with a slight haze and a creamy beige head. Caramel, yeast an a little manure in the nose. Medium body, sweet caramel and some roasted malt. Quite some hops in the finish with a whiff of the Belgian yeast. 130211

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is fruity to citric. Sweet caramelish, slight fruity and breadish malty. Subdued bitterness. Ends roasted and lingering caramelish.

500 ml bottle. A bit pale amber body with a diminishing off-white head. Nice and fruity aroma with berries and caramel malt. Flavor is mild malty, sweet and fruity. Medium bitter, medium body, medium aftertaste – quite medium all the way, without beeing boring.
