Sample at the NH Brewfest in Portsmouth 10/14/23. Dark gold color bordering on copper with a huge frothy white head that persists. Lemony lime sour with a distracting biter astringency.

On tap at WHYM Lightly hazy bright yellow with a thin white head that dissipates quickly. Earthy grassy citrus with faint bready malt to counter. Body is a little thin and its lightly astringent but not bad.

Taster pour on tap at the 13th annual NH Brewfest. It's an opaque light brown-dark yellow with nice sparkle, finger-width white foamy head and light lacing. Aroma is straight wheat. Taste is strong wheat with tart lemon. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation, and finish as taste. Overall, flavor has some interest with the saison yeast contributing an interesting wrinkle but just OK.

13th annual New Hampshire Brewfest draft pour. Aroma shows slight homey and grainy hints. Texture is pretty smooth. Flavor is again honey and grain. Lighter body. I am going to seek out a few more brews from this Brew Lab.

Taster pour at New Hampshire Brewers Festival - 2019. It's a clear, dark yellow-light brown with trace sparkle, finger-width off-white foamy head with good retention and light soapy lacing. Aroma is ice cream cone, vanilla and chocolate. Taste is strong chocolate, vanilla, milky, creamy, interesting. Almost like a strawberry - neapolitan. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, flavor is soft serve swirl--got to imagine a lot of lactose going on. They got what they were going for. Interesting.
