Can, from the Thimble Island Brewery. Pours cloudy pale yellow with a large foamy whitish head, very faint citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus zest-unripe mango taste, thin body, long finish. Quite a good NEIPA.

16 oz. can. Aroma has melon and a bready malt. Flavor has light lasting grapefruit with a melon like pulp in the texture. The malt is starting to take over the flavor. No date coding so hard to know the freshness.

16 oz. can. Aroma is indeed the mango and melon that the label describes. The flavor is pleasant soft melon and mango tones throughout with a very soft floral finish. Almost no bitterness. Lightly juicy texture. Light body. Respectable.

Can pour (no date) from Worldwide Wine & Spirits, Southington. It’s a cloudy, murky, dark yellow (grapefruit juice) with no sparkle, thin cap of off-white head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is very strong peach/stone fruit with melon and grapefruit, hint of vegetal/herb. Taste follows aroma though peach/stone fruit not quite so out in front and less strong than aroma. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average carbonation and crisp finish as taste. Overall, very nice aroma with flavor slightly behind. Enjoyable and a nice first exposure to the brewer!
