Can from tfontana in a share. Flavor is traditional west coast IPA feel. Caramel malt base, mild citrus, with a lasting pine bitterness. This IPA reminds me of the days before crazy Imperial IPA’s with a ton of adjuncts.

Can pour from Manchester Wine and Liquors. Appearance is lightly hazy light brown with nice sparkle, 1/2-finger width off-white head with fair retention and trace lacing. Aroma is citrus, pine and mild bready malt backbone. Taste is strong burst of lemony citrus, grainy malt and pine stronger toward the end. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, soft-to-average carbonation and lingering bitter finish. Overall, this is true to style so the brewer got that right. Not a bitter bomb by any means, which I like, and the brightness of the citrus might be a little different than most. It's not going to rank in the pantheon of WC IPA's but I enjoyed it.
