Bottle shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! Clear, honey brown, ring of head, light lacing. Aroma is mild bourbon but strong pumpkin spice. Taste is slightly stronger bourbon than aroma but maybe less spice. Smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Elements are here but not great.

Bomber from the brewery, undated but bottled 2025, drunk 11/1/25.
Smells of heavy spicing. Sweet lactose, sweet malt. Maybe a splash of pumpkin. Pretty frickin low barrel character.
Sweet and spicy. Bready, nearly astringent. Little/no barrel. Vanilla and spice. Not thin but not deeply malted.

Brewery draught, as pictured, 11/1/25.
Soft chocolate and light licorice with moderate roast. No alcohol, low hop.
Dry, lightly malty, lots of licorice and moderate roast. Drinks more like 6 or so abv. But it's clean, dry, technically well-done. Just gotta get a little more maltiness in these beers!

Brewery draught as pictured, 11/1/25.
Smells like cold brew and a bit of roast. Clean, lower malt character.
Cold brew and light pepper with a light but not thin body. Roasty, chocolatey, moderate bitterness. Clean, dry.

Brewery draught, as pictured, 11/1/25.
PB smells tasteful and real. Light porter behind it. Low roast, low malt. Some light chocolate character.
Very light for its size with PNW hopping that is strange for a PB beer (clashes somewhat). But the biggest issue is the borderline thin body. Beer is clean and dry, though.

Draught at brewery, 11/1/25, as pictured.
Smells clovey, not heavily, but enough to break through the light adjuncts.
Is clovey, along with tastefully done adjuncts that feel pretty authentic. Lighter body but ample texture. Nice and dry. Refreshing, simple.
Thanks clark, pumpkin spices, thin body, light barrel, hint of squash.

Can from the source. Deep gold in color with a decent sized bone white head that persists. Earthy roasty coffee with bits of caramel and earthy hops to counter. Light metallic twang. Not bad.
