Crystal clear coloured peach and copper tinted body with a thinnish, single centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of yeast, bananas, light funk, grass, herbs and a big dose of coriander seed and curacao - nice and almost shows more as a Tripel in the nose than a saison! Light to Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and herbal flavours throughout with a nice funky yeast and light spicey character, showing some of the more pungent yeast, along with some more mellowed alcohol pungency and a dose of curacao and full oranges as well at the tail end. Aftertaste shows the grainy and herbal notes with the yeast the strongest, but some light grassier flavours and a subtle orange sweetness brings out more of the saison-y side of things. Overall, a nice and relatively subdued, yet still flavourful, saison that really almost hits harder as a Belgian Trip than a Saison in most ways, but nice to try! I sampled this twelve ounce pour on draught at the Brewery/TapRoom in Lincoln, Nebraska on 13-March-2018 for US$5,00.

Draft/Fest. A- Espresso, earthy, roasty, bitter. A- Black color, dark liquid, beige head. T- Coffee, roasty, earthy, bitter. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, earthy finish. O- Not sweet at all. Very earthy and roasty coffee. Pretty much like a pot of stale black coffee. Good but if you are after a mocha like stout, this isn't it.

Deep copper coloured body with a rich ruby glow and a nice, two centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of white grape juice, light funk, some subdued malt and earthiness along with a bit of grain, some light hop bitterness and more of the juicy and fruity scent than anything else. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong grape fruitiness at first with a nice balance of sugars and hops in this one flavour that finishes nicely with a bit of bitteress and a good dose of sugars from the juicy notes. Aftertaste shows more of the white grape juice flavours, from prune with other light fruits. Some larger hop bitterness at first with a bigger dose of earth, malt, grain and a bit of white grape sweetness from fruits noticeable towards the end. Overall, a decent perhaps 32 ounce beer poured from tap right into a crowler on 05-February-2018 for US5.00 (for the full 32 ounces) purchased at BeerrTopia in Omaha, Nebraska sampled in my hotel room here in Omaha, Nebraska just two days later on 07-February-2018.

5 oz. sampler. Clear dark brown with a off-white head and modest lace. Aromas of caramel, earth, and nuts. Mild caramel sweetness offset with earthy grain. Ligther body, high carbonation, prickly mouthfeel and a dry finish.

5 once taster glass from the source. Color was a reddish Amber. Aroma showed light piney ops with toffee and or caramel. Flavor was a good balance of malt and hops that showed a piney bitterness. The balance is the best thing about this.

5 ounce sample glass draft at the brewery. Transparent golden color with thin bubbles. The aroma consisting of sweet grain, sugar, and weak yeast. Flavor has a thin, watery backbone. Pretty much like most American blonde ale's because this is not a saison, which was the Brewers intention.

5 oz taster at the source. Deep black color, thick tan head. Aroma is mild roast, mild coffee, barley. Flavor is a direct reflection of the aroma. Weak roasted malt backbone. Honestly, a standard Porter. Good but uneventful.

Draft at the source. 5 oz. sample. Had a slight amber in color. Aroma is white pine, we can Caramel, bread. Flavor has lots of fruity citrus and pine. Bitterness is moderate and has a very classic old-school pale ale character. Drinks well.
