Not a bad WCIPA, lots of pine and grapefruit and citrus pith, underlined by an herbal note with a touch of white bread and resin. Clingy bitterness lasts long into the fade.

Killer big-ass American-style strong ale, malty and piney and rich, waves of caramel and biscuit against a deep, firm woody bitterness. Lovely pint.

Nice rye lager, offering up a mild grainy sweetness cut by a dry rye spicy streak and a firm floral bitterness on the back end. Notes of yeast and roasted corn and lemon. Good pint.

Quite a nice little pils here, crisp and grainy with a subtle sweetness accented by white bread and a touch of lemon. Firm but gentle floral bitterness.

Lovely black IPA, full of grapefruit pith, orange, and pine mixed with loads of mocha and pine. Pours black as night, silky texture, great beer.

Classic old-school wet hop pine bomb. Moderate notes of citrus and caramel followed by a hint of tropical fruit, but this brew’s all about coniferous stickiness, and the clingy bitter finish is divine. Tasty.

Very, very juicy, with a huge wave of grapefruit and passion fruit mixing with a subtle grainy undertone and pithy bitterness. A bit bland on the finish. Not bad.

Does nothing to change my opinion on mild ales, but made for a solid option when I didn’t want to over-imbibe, so…I’m okay with it. Mild biscuit and apple with the slightest touch of roasted nuts and caramel. Very easy, gentle finish. Good for a meh style.

Solid ESB, with a generous dose of caramel and brown bread mixed with hints of apple and yeast and a modest bitterness on the finish. Nice version of an underrated style.
