Original review text: Solid APA. Pours a gorgeous gold-orange with a strong citric bent to the nose. Fairly strong hop presence drips with resinous bitterness, firm yet not overly brutal, allowing the malts to provide a grainy biscuit-caramel undertone balancing out the citrus and pine. Finishes with a lingering IBU-laced fade. Good beer, goes great with the pulled pork and corn cake plate.

Good dunkles bock, offering notes of cocoa, caramel, hazelnut, and dried fruit, followed by a mild floral bitterness that lingers into the fade. Nice pint.

Very nice NEIPA, pillowy and semisweet, with grapefruit, peach, creamsicle, and papaya on the front end, followed by a subtle grainy sweetness and a slight hint of pine in the finish. Way too drinkable.

Kind of like a weird, flat barkeywine, all sugary sweetness and a medicinal bitterness on the back end. Original review text: Curious brew, extremely malt-heavy yet packing an unexpected hop wallop on its back end to add balance. Starts out honey sweet with ample apple undertones, yet grows bracing in its resinous bitter fade, deep and clingy and necessary to dissipate any potential cloying unpleasantness. Silky smooth texture, and the lack of heat makes it hard to believe this beer is A) super-fresh, and B) 9.8% ABV.

Notes of papaya and grapefruit zest and chive, with a resinous undertone and a mild mineral-pine bitterness on the back end.

Very much a craft Mexican lager, with toasted corn and white bread leading to a mildly sweet middle and a clean, modest bitterness on the finish. Inoffensive, and the pint did disappear before the evening was over.

Very sweet, even for a doppelbock. Caramel and candy apple on the front, smoke and a gentle floral bitterness on the back. Decent, but a pint is a bit much.

On the malty side of the style, with toasted bread and a touch of caramel and dried fruit underneath the grassy front and herbal-vanilla notes surfacing on the back end. Finishes dry with a hint of yeast. Not bad.

A malt monster, with notes of rum-soaked banana, chocolate, caramel, date, pepper, and a firm floral bitterness. Boozy as hell. Not bad, but a half-pint is plenty.
