Sample at the taproom. Clear orange-gold pour with a thin bright white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Grassy hops, citrus and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with a grassy hop character and flavors of grapefruit and crackery malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Light-bodied with flavors of roast malt, fruit and mild floral hops. The finish is clean with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the taproom. Slightly hazed straw color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Sparse strings of lace. Wheat, banana and malt aroma. Light body with flavors of wheat, banana, malt and mild spice. The finish is clean and wheaty with a fruity aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at Denver Rare Beer Tasting XVI (Last Call) on 10/09/2025. Clear dark golden color with a medium bone white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of vinous fruit, yeast and malt. Medium to full body with flavors of oaky wine, Belgian yeast, caramel malt and funky fruit. The finish is oaky and funky with a wine grape and yeast aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Taster at Voodoo. Pours a clear, straw color, with a small, bubbly, white head. The aroma is grains of paradise, juniper, green apple, and bread dough. Sweet and estery, with a mellow, grainy bitterness. Light to medium body, sharp, and crisp. Solid and tasty.

12 oz can. Pours a clear gold color with a medium sized white head that slowly fades into a film. The aroma is medium in strength with pine and some pineapple. The taste is mostly light pine and some mixed citrus. Bitterness is very moderate for a west coast IPA. The palate was on the thin-medium side. Finished short with some lingering medium light pine. Overall: meh--might be a good beer for doing yardwork on a hot summer day, but who knows, I don't do that shit anymore. I suspect they made a west coast IPA that was designed medium/moderate so it didn't offend people with sensitive palates.

12 oz can. pours a hazy yellow color with a small diminishing white head. The aroma is rather faint and indistinct with a trace of sawdust and some corn. The taste is nothing to write home about--just some creamed corn, a bit of noble hops and some lemon pith. The palate is light, too light, almost watery. Finishes short with a bit of lingering herbal hops. Overall: meh

Taste at Trail's End. Black pour, with a small, foamy, tan head. The nose is mocha, toffee, pecan, brown sugar, and pine bark. Sweet and malty and sugary, with a mellow, roasty bitterness. Medium to heavy body, creamy, and sharp. Pleasant and interesting.
