A reddish brown ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, nice smooth sweet malt with dark fruit, molasses, light peated notes. In mouth, a nice smooth sweet malt with dark fruits, peated notes, light fusel alcohol, interesting. On tap at Cactus, Dec 21 2012.

A golden saison with a thin white head. In aroma, a smooth herbal and fruity spiced malt, grassy, coriander, light sulfur. In mouth, a nice spiced up saison with coriander, peppercorn, nice and smooth. On tap at Cactus, Dec. 21 2012.
