Description
The Brasserie Artisanale de Puisaye was created by Kate Hallet in 2007, it follows a passion that for 10 years made me brew all kinds of beers in my kitchen. It is a small family business. I brew different beers, the Blonde and the Ambrée are available all year round, the others are seasonal beers. It currently produces about 90 hl per year.

Tasted very belgian, loads of candied fruit, doughy malt, and a touch metallic. Very high carb, light mouthfeel. Medium bitter finish! More fruit, meh, pretty boring.

A dark brown stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, a sharp infected coffee with ashen notes, bad. In mouth, a powdery meaty chocolate with vegetable notes, very bad and off. Bottle at Mondial 2012, June 9 2012.

A hazed amber ale with orange hues, and a thin off white head. In aroma, weird mix of currant and sulfur, nice and pulpy. In mouth, a light refreshing fruit beer, with light berry jam, smooth. Bottle at Mondiale 2012, June 7 2012.
