1/12/2018. Bottle from CentrAle, Newcastle and shared at the 1st Kesgrave 50/50 bottle share. Pours very dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, coffee, dark fruit and cocoa. Medium sweetness and medium roasted bitterness. Moderate body, sticky texture, average to soft carbonation. Roasted chocolate finish.

Can on the Eurostar to Brussels, thanks to Fergus, 07/12/18. Clear golden amber with a decent lasting beige head. Nose is gentle orange peel, toasted malts, caramel, light pine. Taste comprises orange pith, airy malts, caramel, brown sugar dusting, light candied fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Ok IPA.

[ As Allendale Mosaic ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, lemon, zesty. 0,33 boks delt med Steven hos ham, nov-18: nesten helt klar gylden med fint storboblet skum som varer. Citrus, barnåler, florale toner og behagelig urteaktig bitterhet i finishen. Slank.

330ml can. Poured a clear yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and plenty of bubbles. The aroma is malt, light toffee caramel, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, light sweet, with a fresh, caramel malt, fruity, light dry pepper spice, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A decent session ale with some flavour.

24/10/2018. Cask at the 41st Norwich Beer Festival. Pours pale gold with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of bitter citrus, pomelo, hops, grass, caramel and biscuit. Moderate sweetness, medium plus bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Dry, with a nice bitterness to finish. Enjoyable.
