Bottle from the father in law. Procured at the source. It pours slightly hazy golden - orange with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fragrant, floral, spicy, bready malt, some pear, melon, clove, cereal, nuttiness, honey and hay. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, nip of bitterness, fragrant, floral, slightly soapy, pear, melon, twist of citrus, honey & lemon tea, dry wood and plenty of spice with a drying, fragrant finish. Average body and fairly high, foamy carbonation. Interesting offering.
