Cask. A red-brown beer with no head. The aroma has strong notes of caramel as well as medium notes of nuts and tobacco. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of caramel combined with medium notes of malt and butterscotch and a touch of alcohol, leading to a dry caramel finish.

Cask @ Blackfriars. Clear golden colours, white head. Aroma is lemonade, fruity, citrus. Flavour is citrus, bit of malts. A bit simple but easy drinkable.

Cask-conditioned at the Royal Oak, Bath 15/07/10. Golden coloured with a slight white head. Aroma of hay, sweetish malts with a touch of apricot. Easy drinking with some sweetish, fruity malts and short, bitter finish. Ok.

Cask handpull at the Ledger Building (JDW), Canary Wharf. Hazy pale gold thin white head. Looks like a German wheat beer. Lemon light tasty wheat beer perfect for summer drinking. Little bit weedy but its Fine. Some decent dryness on finish. Tad herby. Could do with being served colder too.

Cask at Ealing beer festival 2010. A golden/straw coloured pour with a smallish white head. Hoppy/citrus fruit/herbal aroma. Tastes hoppy, grapefruit, dry, crisp. Bags of flavour in a low alcohol ale, I really enjoyed this and could drink it all evening.

16th April 2010. Clear pale gold beer. Dry palate. Very light malt. Bitterish hop, juicy grapefruit and a touch orange. Tastes a touch better than it sounds.

Cask, gravity at Chadlington Beer Festival, Chadlington Village Hall, Oxon, 05-06-10 Pours gold with excellent clarity something which couldn’t be said of many of the other beers on at this beer festival. Crisp lightly stinging bitterness with citrus and in particular lemon coming through the most, refreshing beer with also dry at the end, decently hoppy and most enjoyable. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4
