A small batch nanobrewery in Braintree, brewing just two firkins at a time.
We aim to produce beers that are unique and distinctive, and often use a range of more uncommon hop varieties, selected to give exactly the characters, flavours and aromas we are looking for.

Cask at the 2018 Colchester Winter Ale Festival. Pours hazy yellow gold with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, banana, flowers, sherbet and hop. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, slight oily and watery texture, soft to flat carbonation.

Chelmsford Beer Festival. Cask. Clear deep amber beer, good pale tan head. Smooth palate, mild carbonation. Mellow dark malts. Ripe fruits and dark fruits. Some chocolate milkshake. Light finish. It’s okay, lacks a centre.
