Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a cloudy brown with a rough, beige head. An aroma where phenols seem to be battling nicer thins like dried fruit and molasses. Medium body, quite tart and 'vinous' as promised, but again phenollic to a disturbing degree, that takes most joy away. Actually really unpleasant to drink. Measured to 10.7% ABV with a ph of 4.0. 110724

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque, dark brown with a dense and lacing beige head. Odd aroma, quite faint. Slight dark, dried fruit and molasses - licorice perhaps. Medium body, unpleasant tartness, flawed and phenollic with a dry finish. Looks good, smells decently but the taste is pretty horrid. 190624

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque grayish yellow with a solid and lacing, white head. Discreet yeast and coriander in the nose. Light body, very yeasty and somewhat tart. Minerally and rough with some unclean phenols and a surprisingly bitter finish. Unrefined. 190624
