330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally to moderately lacing, white head. Floral hop aroma, hints of exotic fruit, lychee, perfume, somehow "East-Asian" flavours. Taste is minimally to moderately sweet pale malty, floral hoppy overtones, fruity hints of lychee, strawberry, a basical strawy note constantly moves along. Not without attractivity, a crossover with Saison-character, but in the end too sweet and perfumed.

Flaske delt med RBHD-guttene juni-13: nam, frukt og bær i lange baner! Litt bunnfall bidrar til fylde og spenst i smaken. Kunstig sødme sier de andre, men en ekte blondine fra topp til tå sier jeg.

750 ml corked & caged bottle, from Voldby Købmandsgård. ABV is 6.5%. Golden colour, decent white head. Pleasant aroma of bière de garde yeast and citrussy and herbal hops. Refreshing and fairly sophisticated and crisp bière de garde flavour, with well balanced herbal hops throughout. Enjoyable.

330ml bottle from Beer Hawk - A light golden body, frothy white head that laces nicely. a bit of a yeasty nose, banana, clove, dough. The taste has a bit of bite, the clove-i-ness hits the back of the mouth on the way down and leaves a lasting finish, yet stays refreshing. A good one, but not that unique.

33 cl bottle @ home. Batch #714, bottled 13.11.2012, BBE 31.05.2014
Aroma has grass, yeasty notes, some apricot and citrus. Flavour has citrus, some spices, apricot, sweetish malt and hints of honey. Finishes with grass and distant herbal notes. Closer to a Belgian blonde than golden ale. A bit too stuffy and yeasty but decent anyway.
