Bottle, 75cl corked. A more or less clear one, with lots of microfloaties. Golden in color, and with a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma is lighlty peppery and pleasantly grassy and piney from the hops. Some sugary maltyness and yeast. A bit too soft on the palate, low on carbonation, medium to full body. There’s some baking soda in the mostly fruity flavor, with fruityness and white sugar notes. Lasting finish with fruityness. A pleasant one indeed, although with a tad too much baking soda. 121019

Bouteille: Hazy, golden, stable white head with a little lace, sweetish fruity and toasty nose, citrussy-hoppy aromas in the background; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied and pretty soft; slightly lingering soft grainy-bitter finish sith some "noble" hoppy aromas. Nice, but not great…

bottle with thanks to jaghana! Clear, perhaps slightyl hazy golden colour, medium white head. Fruity nose. Medium-bodied, malty base with a lovely fruity character, some dry and resiny hops towards the finish. Well balanced., very enjoyable.
