06/05 0.33 l bottle courtesy of Marko, thanks for sharing! It poured amber body with medium sized head. Hop and fruity (berries) aroma with also a touch of coriander. Flavor was fruity as well, biscuity, vanilla... Lacks expected bitterness, for its own good. At least, it wasn’t empty like most BdGs. Ends nicely fruity with some coriander and pepper. Not bad, a fine beer to taste.

Bottle, 75cl corked. As Germinal Biere De Noel Ambre. It’s an almost clear one, dark amber in color and with a minimal off-white head. It’s quite candyish on the nose and flavor, hints of anise blends in, as well as dried fruits and a meaty hint. Some bitterness chimes in towards the end, but I’d like more of it. Medium to full body, smooth carbonation. A decent beer that doesn’t give me the Christmas feeling the label suggested. 110708
