Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear amberwith an off-white head. Fruity nose, very faint pear notes. Medium body, sweet and sour notes, somewhat yeasty and chemical. No real bitterness. Not so hot really. 020821

Bottle 50 cl. Slow gusher. Pours an almost clear oranget brown with a lacing, beige head. Subtle cinnamon, cloves and star anise in the nose. Medium body, slight toffee and chocolate, but very attenuated with not a hint of sweetness. A bit too fizzy, but absolutely drinkable. 020821

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, nutty brown with a lively and frothy beige head with good retention. . Very lively pour. Dusty nose with a pleasant chocolate touch. Medium body, some roastiness, very dry and attenuated, but actually quite pleasant and drinkable. 050721

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a dark and almost opaque brown with a vague, orange hue and a small, beige head. Od, dirty, roasty nose - no real coffee at all. Medium body, roast and lactic tartness clearly indicating a infection. Again, hardly any coffee notes at all. 280621

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a tiny, beige head. Ashy/plastic aroma - very little coffee or roastiness. Solid, malty body, subtle roast, some sweet licorice but very little coffee to be found. No real bitterness. 250621

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a fizzy yet dissipating off-white head. Malty nose but also has an unpleasant puke like flaw - phenollic. My guess is a fermentation error. Medium body, sweet malty and now massively phenollic bordering undrinkable. Bitter and chemical finish. 250621

ABV: 7.6%. Clear dark brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, caramel, coffee, sweet coffee (sugary coffee). Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, dark malt, sweet malt, coffee, brown sugar, sugary coffee. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210320]
