From tap at the brewpub, Prague, 03.01.20. Amber chestnut colour. Beige head. Sweet aroma and taste of dates, figs, dried red berries and sweet, medium roasted malt. Lingering bitterness is balancing the sweetness. Good!

# 660; 3/2017. As Barley Wine Citra Archiv 2015. Vynikající usrkávací pivo. Všechny chutě hezky zakulacený. Výrazný, ale decentní. Tropické ovoce, citrusy, med, mírně cítit alkohol. Edit 5/2020. Lemon,, malty aroma. Gold body, persistant, off-white head. Malty, lemon, honey, dry hoppy finish. Excelent hoppy barleywine. 0,2, draught, brewpub, Prague.

# 601 et # 1337; 1/2017 et 2/2019 (both Saaz Special). Velmi dobrý tmavý weizenbock. Banánový, hřebíčkový s jemnou pražeností. Edited 1/2020, (Saaz Special): Banana, spicy, malty in aroma. Brown, hazy body. Persistent, beige head. Very Banana, malty. Extremely drinkable. Excelent beer. 0,4 l, draught, brewpub, Prague.

# 600; 1/2017. Verze 2017 (Citra, Apollo, Galaxy, Centennial, Nelson Sauvin) Parádní hořkosladká ovocná bomba. Nepříjemně dobře pitelná na takovýho siláka.

Tap at Dva Kohouti. Haven't been to Sv. Norbert / Klašterní pivovar Strahov ever since we'd received some of the worst treatment ever a non-problematic guest could get by their staff in 2017, but I respect the brewer(s) and it's always nice to try their beers, if elsewhere. Murky orange body, white head. Citric aroma, orange candy, the hops dominate, but the maltiness is there. Smooth, fairly light, juic taste, tropical and mild stone fruit. Candyish notes are there still, ends with a citric touch. No real bitterness, trace herbal notes. I mean... misses the mark style-wise because of the malt profile, slightly, but otherwise fairly on point and a nice drink.

Lahev [as Christmas Doppelbock](Díky, díky do Svatých Neratovíc!!!): Hazy, amber coloured, small and stable creamy off-white head, moderate sweet-bitter caramelly and mildly toasty nose with fruity and leathery illusions and a mild - again - herbal-bitter background; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium to full bodied, very soft; delicate chocolatey traces in the sweet-bitter caramelly finish, shy balancing herbal hops in the aftertaste. A very well quaffable Doppelbock! Českému pivu zdar...
