(swing top bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, slightly reddish amber colour with a medium-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Fruity and slightly sourish malty aroma with hints of plums, accompanied by notes of caramel and a whiff of spicy hops in the background. Mildly bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Soft dark malt character with a distinctive plummy fruitiness and traces of caramel; hoppy notes gaining weight towards the mildly fruity and hop bitter, slightly spicy finish. Interesting and rounded brew. 29.XII.16

Tap at the brewery. The chestnut presence is quite light, but gradually builds up as you drink. It is well incorporated into an otherwise fine polotmavy, mostly toasted nutty malty. Hops in the background. Easy drinking, harmonious. Quite good.

Bottle at the brewery, apparently the only beer available. Pours deep reddish amber, nose is caramel, lemon, berries, taste is sweet, rich caramel, oak, toffee, zesty fruit.

Tap at Festival minipivovaru na hrade 2016. Very tasty, flavourful and interesting twist on the weizen. All the classic elements are present but with an added layer of fruity-herb complexity. Really good.
