Bottle shared at the Columbus tasting 22/06/2023. Thanks to Tipple A thick dark black coloured pour with a fading loose dark tan head. Aroma is waxy, apple curd, nutty roast, dried fruits, apple custard. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, jammy fruits, apple sauce, nutty roast, grape, brown sugars, apple turnover. Palate is medium sweet, sticky, mellow carbonation.

6th Floor bottleshare with the usual suspects. Thanks to Tips. Almost opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Airy palate, soft, modest fine carbonation. Tangy dark malts, seems to be picking up the tang from the barrelling. Mellow whiskey and a little dark chocolate. Some unsweet Malteasers on the light finish. Not the best BA Impy that has passed these lips.

Big cacao, and toffee up front, vanilla birthday cake notes. I’m not a huge fan of white stouts, they always end up a bit artificial/sickly sweet for my taste, but this is well made

LCI. Smokey with a slight artificial note on the smoke—smoked oats apparently. Rich malty toffee notes with a slight tropical note. Sweet finish
