Bottle. A clear, pale golden cider with some white bubbles on top. Sweetish apple aroma with some hints of apple cores. Itโs drier in the mouth than expected from the aroma, itโs not very tart, with a touch of apple cores and cold autumn grass. A nice cider indeed, but I think itโs a bit on the sweet side. Could easily drink more of it though, maybe with pork chops and sauerkraut. 120405

Bottle. An almost clear one, pale golden in color and with a little white head. Lightly earthy nose, with apples dominating. Lightly acidic hints. Refreshing in the mouth, quite tart and medium bodied. Apples, some earthy hints, apple cores and a citrusy touch in the flavor. A straight forward refreshing and tasteful cider Iโd like to have again. 120405

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Vintage 2009. Pours a clear golden with no head. Sweet and astringent apple accents with only a whiff of wood. Medium body, distinctly tart apples growing towards a heavy astringency. The oak is very subtle. 310312
