Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for sharing. The beer is malty and smooth. Nice Rye aroma, hints of bitterness, smooth and mild. Dry grainy aftertaste. Nice and round.

pours a dirty orange-yellow with a small (for a weizen) white head and little lacing. aroma of cloves, slight banana. flavour of celery, citrus, and gingerbread, fizzy carbonation. I’m bored of organic, bring me some GM beers.

Light gushing (?!) to hazy yellow beer, well-carbonated to huge yellowish head, dense & stable. Clove, some citrus and both spicy and herbal, banana arriving later. Sweet citrus & banana, very faintly spiced. Faint wheat acidity, only in secondary nipping. Bit watery MF, certainly for a Hefe, certain wheatslickness; I’ll pass on the bio...

Small white head, fast gone over low carbonated metallic golden beer. Pale malts and a bit mineral aroma. Rather demure. Bitter, fine herbal taste at first, but soon going into sweet, rather dull malts & grains. Warming up, toasted. Light body, light velvety feel, low carbonation. Aftertaste is sweet, again with a faint mineral touch. Dull.

Toweringly huge cream-beige head over fully hazy chestnut-brown beer. Sweetish nose with very ripe banana, slightly spicy (nutmeg/clove). Very spicy (same as the nose); fusely & bready flavours, banana. Sweetish to sweet. Fine sourish hint from the wheat; somewhat vinous - hard to determine. Retronasal blackcurrant. Medium bodied, typical wheatslickness, very well-carbonated. Quite good D.W.

Very fine, dense snowwhite head over pale golden beer, well-carbonated at first . Very neutral nose, bit malts, herbs. Bitterish, rather spicy/herbal with sweet pale malts underneath. Feels quite carbonated, not like the visual after some minutes. Light body, bit watery. Hmmm... Not exactly distinctive.

Clear golden beer, not very carbonated visually, under a good snowwhite head, leaving lace. Grainy, bit milky nose; slightly grassy & herbal. Dry; Herb pale malts taste with fine, non-bittering hops. Seems very attenuated, hardly a trace of restsugars. Lohg, more bitterish aftertaste. Light body, slick, well-carbonated feel. Quite good biolager.
