Handpull cask at the Rock nr Whitwick, Coalville as part of their 'From Sussex with Love' Festival, July 2022. Purplish black with some gorgeous natural carbonation and a thin beige/khaki head. Dark malts with berry/plum notes. Sweet taste with the Brambling Cross coming through very nicely. Light to medium body, soft carbonation. Very nice.

22/3/2019. Cask at the 29th Sussex Beer & Cider Festival, Brighton. Pours slightly hazy pale golden amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of malt, hops, citrus and light tropical fruit. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture and average carbonation. Nice bitterness to finish, quite drinkable overall.
