Cask: Almost black, smaller lacy tanned head; moderate sweetish-fruity nose (dried berries) with a light port-vinous touch, a dash of roasted malt in the backyard; moderate sweet bitter flavour, medium bodied; a faint tinge of liquorice shows up in the moderate bitter-sweet finish. Well balanced, tasty brew.....

Cask: Light amber to amber coloured, smaller stable creamy head, sticking to the glass; delicate hoppy nose with toasty and fruity flavours; light to moderate bitter-flavour, light bodied; lingering fruity and bitter-hoppy finish with a tinge of liquorice. Not earthshaking, but a good session beer.....

Cask: Golden, lacy white head, sticking to the glass, light to moderate fruity ( almost Kölsch-like) nose with grainy and hoppy flavours; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; slightly lingering, almost solid bitter-sweet finish with an increasing bitterness towards the end. Unspectacular, but well crafted.....

Bottled. A light golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw and hints of caramel, leading to a bitter finish. The body is thin.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Ungstrup. Slightly hazy, pale golden with a creamy, white head. Fresh, lightly citrusy aroma. Light-bodied with a limited malt feel and a dry, citrusy finish with some bitterness. 201107
