Light bretta feel, possibly infected. Golden orange pour with super fizzy head--this was a gusher. Bitter end. Can.

On tap pours out crisp golden topped with a white head. Nose is sweet grain citrus hops. Taste is more of the nice citrus hops and a little malt.

Taster at the Brick Store Pub. Pours black, with a small, beige head. The aroma is big coffee, chalk, vanilla, and caramel. Sweet and roasty. Fairly heavy, with a creamy, sharp palate. Quality.

12 oz. can. Pours an unclear, pinkish, orange color, with a medium, bubbly, off-white head. The nose is peach, blackberry, lime zest, quinine, and hay. Not too sweet, with a nice, mild tartness. Light to medium body, with a sharp, lightly acidic palate. This is fun and complex gose. Dryer than most, and not overly fruited.

Taster at Liquor Express. Pours a clear, orange color, with some bubbles. The nose is peach, yogurt, syrup, tangerines, and butterscotch. Sweet and sugary, with a mild, lacto funk. Smooth, flat, and easy. Nicely done!

Close to being a solid beer, but never quite comes together. Heavy on baker's chocolate and roast, but with an underlying tang that leans more metallic than dark fruit, and an outsized bitterness verging on burnt char. Thin texture doesn't help, and a lack of depth on the back end kinda kills any interest. Not bad, just too average for repeat consumption.
