Bottle 500ml. [ As Kingpin Geezer ].Clear light dark red brown color with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, coffee, espresso, dusty coffee. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, herbs, dusty coffee, espresso, sweet malt, light chocolate - vanilla. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150410]

25cl draft @ Chmielernia, Warsaw. Brune foncée, col moyen blanc-cassé, doré au verre. Arôme sur la levure, caramel à l’allemande rappelant du mélanoïde. Le tout ponctué par un léger coté caramel et café. Houblonné perce en rétro sans vraiment être un élément caractéristique. Palais malt pâle, caramel avec encore une fois ce côté doux à l’allemande. Pointe d’amertume des houblon avec un côté poudre de cacao, douceur vanillée et une fine pellicule houblonnée noble pour l’amertume. Les 8% se font tout de même qcq peu ressentir.

Bottle, 0.50l, shared with Hoppiness crew. Pitch black color with large soapy off-white head and nice lacing. Aroma of orange, flowers, roasted malt and some resinous hops. Taste starts moderate sweet roasted malty and resinous, following is pure citric, while finish is relatively bitter. Medium body, oily texture and soft carbonation in palate. A bit too thin on palate and much too fruity...

Tap (BGM 2). Piwo delikatnie zmętnione o złotej barwie z biała, srednio trwala czapa piany, ladnie znaczaca szklo w miare opadania. Aromat swiezy, orzezwiajacy z nutami przyprawowymi i bialych owocow. Lekkie i delikatne w smaku, troche wytrawne, orzezwiajace, bardzo pijalne ze slodko-cytrusowym posmakiem, delikatnie drapiącym w gardle.

Aroma strong strong roasted coffeeish notes. Also strong coffee taste. But the boring kind like the leftover spent coffee. Good but no groundbreaker.

Bottle @ Post-Easter Procrastination, Ulfborg. Pours cloudy dark coffee brown with small light tan head. Clear aroma of roast, coffee and lactose, with faint notes of hops. Bitter, roasty flavour, with notes of coffee and lactose and touches of nuts and hops. Bitter and roasty aftertaste. Not bad but the body is not rich enough for a top grade.
