Draft. A- Floral, shrubs, faint berries. A- Dark red color, clear liquid, minimal head. T- Aronia berry, slightly floral. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- I don't want to get my hopes up but for my first beer from Second Chapter, I am really impressed. Smelled like walking into a spring time greenhouse filled with budding flowers. Not sure about probiotics being added to the beer, but this is a pleasant surprise for sure.
