Fairly hazy orange and bronze coloured body with a slight copper glow and a very large, six to seven centimetre tall off-white head that fades to only a single centimetre after a few minutes. Aroma of fresh cut grass, hop pellets, a dash of flowers and a lot of perfume, all with a noticeable malt backbone that shows some light grainy notes along with some wheat and a touch of soft sugars towards the end, but fairly well balanced, at least in the nose. Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and hay flavours dominate at first with a big floral and perfumey hop bite right afterwards, but the alcohol and slight hop bitterness cuts through and brings back some deep notes and is tempered by a light sweetness and slightly bready, yeastie bite. Aftertaste shows some of the hop bitterness of course with the dry, floral and perfumey notes the strongest, but some light citrus flavours do come through near the tail end along with a bit more powerful malts and especially a yeast quality that seems to last for a long time. Overall, a fairly nice and robust IPA with some good hop notes, but the balance of malts here is even stronger with a good kick of yeast, fresh-cut grass and bread that seemingly persists through everything. I sampled this thirty two ounce crowler fill, purchased/filled at BeerTopia in Omaha, Nebraska on my last visit there (way too long ago) on 23-January-2020 for US$6,00 sampled at my house here in Washington on 31-August-2020, just about eight months later.

Draft/Fest. A- Bland. A- Orange pink color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Rubber, slightly fruity. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, bland finish. O- Very flavorless. No cherry or vanilla really. In fact, if I didn't take notes, I'd have forgot I drank this 5 minutes after having it. Meh. Not offensive but very forgettable.

Draft/Fest. A- Grains. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Grains, mild spice. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, bland finish. O- Leave the Mexican style lagers to the hispanics. This was even weak by pale lager standards.

Draft/Fest. A- Straw, mild spice. A- Golden orange color, clear liquid, no head. T- Alcohol, harsh, banana. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, bland finish. O- Tasted like a booze bomb. Did not get any of the fruit and that's what I wanted most from this. Simply did not work. A bit of the Tripel characteristic but not a lot.
