Draft. A- Minimal citrus. A- Dark gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Soapy, lemon verbana, white peach. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Flavor was way better than the nose which was very minimal. Fairly fruity and little bitterness. Nice.

Draft. A- Peach, straw, mild potting soil. A- Copper color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Malt, stone fruit, mild bitterness. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly bitter finish. O- A bit more old school expired west coast feel. Not bad. Pretty standard APA I'd say. Nothing adventurous.

Draft. A- Poblanos, slightly roasty, subtle char. A- Dark mahogany color, clear liquid, beige head. T- Poblanos, smoke, some heat. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, spicy finish. O- The hatch chilies are a solid choice here. I would probably enjoy pepper beers if they were smoked like this one. Fairly balanced although it does heat up as it warms (No pun intended). Lower the spice yet a bit and you've got something really good.

Draft. A- Nothing. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Corn, mild lemon. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, bland finish. O- Literally no aroma, zero, absolutely none. The taste was of mild corn water and lemon but maybe it was in my head from the intense cleaning products being used for COVID sanitation. I'm not sure how to rate as it wasn't offensive but there was literally nothing to it. If you can't drink this, then you're suggesting you can't down water. I'm baffled.

Draft. A- Chocolate. A- Dark mahogany color, clear liquid, beige head. T- Tootsie roll. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- First off, they should be ashamed. Suggesting whipped cream on a beer. Do they also perform satanic rituals in the back? Absolutely no thank you! That said, the beer itself was pretty damn good. Literally tastes and smells like a less sweet tootsie roll. Ample swiss chocolate and vanilla. Pretty solid. A bit more red in color than any porter I've seen, but good!

Draft. A- Malty. A- Amber color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Bready, malty, grain. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Never ever thought I'd have a brewery in my hometown let alone a beer named after it. +1 for that I suppose. Tastes like any other boring ass amber. Not a fan but I bet it pleases those Holdregeites.

Draft. A- Mild banana, subtle spice. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Banana, bubble gum, clove. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- More tripel than saison I'd say. The spice doesn't really indicate much peppercorn or farmhouse yeast notes. I get a love of banna and clove. Decent enough.

Draft. A- Citrus, dank. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Citrus, mild funk, champagne yeast. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly dry finish. O- A tad bit effervescent and a lovely slightly dry and crisp finish gave this beer a positive vibe. This gives me hope for Lost Way unlike that mess of a blonde ale collab. Nice entry into the Brut style which we are seeing a lot of in Nebraska lately. Balance of citrus and dankness. I could drink more of this. Hands down their best beer yet.

Draft. A- Grain, malt. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Grain, malty, weeds, dandelions, fertilizer, vanilla. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, astringent finish. O- I don't have high expectations for Lost Way but collabing with Brush Creek, apparently sends any and all standards down the drain. Horrible. I was with 3 others and not a single of us wanted to finish our 4 oz pours. This was downright awful. Perhaps this beer should be called Lost Way Lost My Taste Buds. That said, I know it wasn't off because locals enjoyed it. They also don't enjoy life would be my assumption.

Draft. A- Malty, bready, corn. A- Copper color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Caramel, malty, bready, straw. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, malty finish. O- Okay. Honestly, better than I expected it to be. Another 311 tribute though? Apparently a bad ska band making it's way back through Nebraska brewers. Not the first tribute.
