Draft. A- Malt. A- Amber color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Milk smoke, faint adobo pepper, malt, subtle umami. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- I thought this was going to be a novelty beer, but it's probably one of the best irish red or amber ales I've had. Lots of malt but very well balanced. Crickets add a slightly smoked pepper and umami flavor. Really quite good. I could have many pints of this one. Wish they bottled it.

Draft. A- Cucumber. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Cucumber, salt, mild lime. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, refreshing finish. O- Flavors that are right up my alley. I drink cucumber, mint, lime water all the time. Not much for mint although my wife said that's all she tasted. Lots of cucumber and some lime for me. Thirst quenching.

Draft. A- Basil. A- Copper color, hazy liquid, off white head. T- Basil, faint sweetness, slightly peppery. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, white head. O- Loads of fresh basil flavor. Unique but good. Could drink this with some pizza for sure.

Draft. A- Citrus, wheat. A- Orange color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Oak, citrus. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly tangy finish. O- Not sure what's all happening in here but it blends well. Oak adds flavor and slight tang. Not bad.
