Tap at Pivnica Medvedgrad Adžijina. Hazy orange color with thick off-white head. Fruity hoppy aroma. Taste, solid malty base followed by light citrus hoppy taste. Light hoppy bitter finish. OK.

Bottle shared by ippopotamo36 @Buskers Pub (Rome), thanks Alberto! Dark honey appearance with a little off-white foam. Aroma is malty, caramel, brown sugar, some roasted notes. Flavour is sweet, malt, caramel, a bit unbalanced, alcohol is very well hidden. Medium body, medium to light carbonation. Boring.

Bottle shared by ippopotamo36 @Buskers Pub (Rome), thanks Alberto! Golden appearance, a bit cloudy, with a nice and persistent white foam. Aroma is fresh and enjoyable, malty, bread, cereals, little hops (grass), hay, rustic notes that reminds me something from Bamberg... well done! Flavour is well balanced, tasty, little sweet at first, malty, bread, decent bitter end. Light body, good carbonation. Very good!

On tap at Medvedgrad Adžijina. Pours unclear with creamy off-white head. Caramel malts, dried fruit, quite sweet. Medium to full bodied. After Božićno this is another nice seasonal beer by Medvedgrad.

On tap at Medvedgrad Ilica, Zagreb. Pours black with creamy beige head. Sweet, caramel, dried fruits, smooth carbonation, not easy drinkable. Wasn’t thrilled with their other seasonal brews, but this turned out to be pleasant surprise. Hope they’ll make it this year as well.

Pours a clear dark brown color, red undertone, topped with a decent and solidly lasting tan colored head. Malty aroma, a bit roasty with some mild chocolate notes. Taste starts with some sweetness, quite watery with some grassy notes later on. Mild bitterness and slight herbal presence in the finish. Drinkable, although a bit more taste would be needed - a bit too watery.

Bottle courtesy of Boban, thank you. Shared with mortlach and Valerio in Rome at Buskers pub. Pours almost black with syrupy texture close to a reddish brown, tick and frothy beige cap with incredible retention and drafts. Nose: caramel, roasted malts, fresh tough. Mouth: watery as the style requires, a bit too thin but without any evident flaw. The roasted malty feel is there with a well-balanced bitterness. Some non-disturbing caramel too. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle shared by Boban in Serbia, transported all the way to Rome-Italy and drunk at Buskers pub with mortlach and Valerio at the end of a all-day-long tasting. Pours a cloudy golden color with a white tick foam which remains and leaves drafts. Nose: rough but tasty, farm notes of hay and grains. Mouth: mild but never thin, milled barley. Nice! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at the Zagreb beer fest. Pours almost completely clear golden color, topped with a medium white frothy head. Nice grassy hopy aroma, some malty notes in the back. Taste is a bit funky... grassy and malty with some weird metallic grass in the aftertaste. Moderate bitterness. Too bad, promises a lot more than you really get.
