Clear golden with no head. Sweet honey, beeswax, blossom, flowers, nectar, boozy honey. Very sweet and moderate bitter, tart around the edges. Bottle shared at Borefts beer fest day 2 27/09/2014. Bodegraven. Many thanks to Jan for this one. Crystal clear golden coloured pour, no head, semi-viscous, Aroma is earthy honey, hot alcohol, varnish, caramel. Flavour sweet honey, sticky sugars, tough lemon, hot alcohol. Palate is sweet, viscous and low carbonation.

Bottle at Borefts day 2 27/09/2014. Bodegraven. Many thanks to Jan. Bright golden coloured pour with no head, little viscous. Aroma is nice earthy ustic honey, with some tart fruit notes. Flavour is composed of tart fruit, sweet earthy honey, hawthorne, apple, some hot alcohol. Palate is pretty sweet, flat, viscous on the tongue. decent Mead.

Unclear light to medium yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, bubble gum - minerals, nectar notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, honey, minerals, nectar, alcohol notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20140830]

Bottle shared at BBF 6, thanks to Jan, 27/09/14. Clear light golden with no head. Nose is sweet, honey, citric peel, tangerine, spice, almonds, booze fumes. Taste comprises honey, floral notes, light spice, candied citric rinds. Full bodied, fine carbonation, medicianal notes and sweet in the close. Too sweet.
