Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a small, white head. Distinct Brett in the nose - and a fruity touch. Quite pleasant, but very far from a Kölsch! Light in body, high in carbonation, yeasty, slightly phenollic - has a vague tartness to it, but far from as distinct as the aroma would indicate. Very creamy and soft on the palate - but a Kölsch it is not! And the Brett aroma also reveals that it's actually infected. But a happy infection.... 310719
